Explore the Advantage of using our brand-new SZ-Technology: Based on our long experience in the development of stranding machines, especially SZ Stranders with torsion modules, we designed the new Servo-SZ Stranding Machines.

The machine exists of 2 to 15 (20) single stations, all of them driven by separate drives. There are several advantages using this technology:

• Four turning points possible, trapezoid peak, trapezoid-peak with blocked lay, sinusform , trapezoid rounded down; switchable in Visu • Easy setting of the reverse time in Visu • SZ-machines with the least moving parts • Long lifetime • Very low noise • All drives are moving exactly parallel to a neutral axis • Optimal length of accumulator; range from 0.7 m to 5.0 m or longer • Easy exchange of the rotor head by the new modular design • Modular principle ensures a quick adjustment on the customers‘ needs
