The austrianwide organisation Jugend am Werk starts in cooperation
with Dunst GmbH an exchange programm of apprentices to support
them by giving extra qualifications.

Dunst GmbH sends five of his apprentices and young workers to
the training workshop in Großpetersdorf from 2004 - 2005,
where they can train their knowledge and abilities concerning
engineering and machine construction. The young workers have to
attend different training modules, where they can improve their
existing skills and where they get the chance to acquire additional
qualifications. The main modules are as follows:
- CNC, CAD-CAM
- welding courses
- preparation courses for the apprentice exam

| In return, the external apprentices of Jugend
am Werk get the opportunity to engineer and construct machines in
the workshops of Dunst GmbH to improve their practical experiences
and to apply their skills on machines manufactured by Dunst GmbH. |

| About Jugend am Werk (JaW) |
| The apprentice workshops of JaW offer young people
a complete apprenticeship in many different types of industries.
The youths place a contract of apprenticeship with the organisation
and they are trained in the workshop practically, where the get
their skills by learning on the most modern machines. Besides, they
are attending the vocational school to learn the theoretical background. |
